Logos Hope, the largest floating bookstore in the world, will soon visit the Isthmus of Panama, as announced by the organization that runs this ship, which will be docked in the port of Balboa in July of this year.
In December of 2004 the sister ship, Logos II, visited Panama, also in the port of Balboa, receiving on board more than 44,000 visitors, and now Logos Hope, the newest and largest vessel, will be sailing towards this port, to receive the visit of Panamanians and foreigners in this country.
The Logos Hope bookstore offers an extensive selection of over 5,000 different titles at affordable prices as well as a variety of cultural events on board.
The books cover different topics including science, sports, hobbies, religion, cooking, arts, health, languages and philosophy. With children’s books, academic texts, dictionaries, atlases and more, the bookstore is for the enjoyment of the whole family.
The public will be able to discover different areas in our visitor’s space: from the Welcome Area, where the ship is presented through a short video and interactive exhibitions; until the International Café, which has ice cream, drinks and snacks for sale. You will definitely find something for the whole family.

The Logos Hope boat will open to the public in Balboa on July 31 August 26, 2018. Admission will be free. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Logos Hope, la librería flotante más grande del mundo, visitará pronto el Istmo de Panamá, según se dio a conocer por parte de la organización que dirige este barco, que estará atracado en el puerto de Balboa en julio de este año.
En diciembre de 2004 el barco hermano, Logos II, visitó Panamá, también en el puerto de Balboa, recibiendo a bordo a más de 44,000 visitantes, y ahora Logos Hope, la más nueva y grande embarcación, estará navegando hacia este puerto, para recibir la visita de panameños y extranjeros en este país.

El público podrá descubrir diferentes áreas en nuestro espacio para visitantes: desde el Área de Bienvenida, donde se presenta el barco a través de un corto video y exhibiciones interactivas; hasta el Café Internacional, que tiene helado, bebidas y snacks a la venta. Sin duda encontrarán algo para toda la familia.
