Panama as a tourist destination and golf tournaments will be the focal point, again, in the third version of the international event «Ilusion Cup» Panama 2018, whose grand final will take place in September at Buenaventura Golf Club, in Rio Hato, province of Coclé.
This is a Ryder Cup golf competition for amateur golfers, with referees, captains and teams, who will compete in a final circuit the «Ilusion Cup 2018» Cup.
The event consists of a circuit of five tournaments that will be played for six months at the golf courses of Real de Sevilla, El Saler-Valencia, Basozábal-San Sebastían, Golf Santander, in Spain and the final in Panama, next September.
The inaugural tournament was held on April 18 at the fantastic Golf Santander in Boadilla del Monte, in Madrid, with the participation of players who joined Real Madrid, journalists, the bullfighter Oscar Higares and the golfer of the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), Belén Mozo.
The Spanish team will be made up of the two winners in each of the circuits held in Spain, who will face in September the Panamanian team also made up of 10 players, including the renowned golfer, Belén Mozo.
Last year Panama won the «Copa Ilusion Cup», so this year the Isthmian team could be defending the championship with rivals of the likes of retired Real Madrid footballers Luis Figo, José María Gutiérrez and Víctor Sánchez del Amo , if these manage to advance in the tournaments agreed in Spain.
The competitions will be covered by Spanish media with a large audience, which will ensure that more people can know the tourist attractions of Panama and the regions where you can play golf, said the president of the Golf Ilusion Cup tournament, Juan José Villanueva.

Villanueva stressed that it will offer a wide coverage by prestigious media specialized in sport in each of the tournaments of the circuit in Spain and at the time of the final tournament in Panama.
«We will promote Panama as a destination for golf competitions, we will show panoramic views of the exuberant capital city, nature, historical sites, hotel beds, the Canal, the islands of San Blas and Bocas del Toro,» said Enrique Sánchez, Marketing Director of the Panama Tourism Authority (ATP), main sponsor of this sporting event.
According to the official, every time a circuit or golf competition is held, the main tourist attractions of Panama will be visible to millions of people through social media specialized in this sport.
In addition, the name Panama will be included in the official logo of the event throughout the circuit, also that of the ATP (butterfly) in the printed propaganda and on the official website of «Ilusion Cup Panama 2018».
This year the sporting event will become the first «cardioprotected» golf circuit in Spain, with information cycles on how to help a person with a heart attack.

Panamá como destino turístico y de torneos de golf será el punto focal, nuevamente, en la tercera versión del evento internacional “Ilusion Cup» Panamá 2018, cuya gran final se realizará en septiembre en Buenaventura Golf Club, en Río Hato, provincia de Coclé.
Esta es una competencia de golf con formato Ryder Cup para golfistas aficionados, con árbitros, capitanes y equipos, que se disputarán en un último circuito la Copa «Ilusion Cup 2018».
El evento consta de un circuito de cinco torneos que se jugarán durante seis meses en los campos de golf del Real de Sevilla, El Saler- Valencia, Basozábal- San Sebastían, Golf Santander, en España y la final en Panamá, en septiembre próximo.
El torneo inaugural se llevó a cabo el pasado 18 de abril en fantástico Golf Santander en Boadilla del Monte, en Madrid, con la participación de futbolistas que militaron en el Real Madrid, periodistas, el torero Oscar Higares y la golfista del Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), Belén Mozo.
La selección española estará conformada por los dos ganadores en cada uno de los circuitos que se realicen en España, quienes se enfrentarán en septiembre al equipo panameña conformado también por 10 jugadores, entre ellos a la reconocida golfista, Belén Mozo.
El año pasado Panamá se alzó con la “Copa Ilusion Cup”, por lo que este año el equipo istmeño podría estar defendiendo el campeonato con rivales de la talla de los futbolistas retirados del Real Madrid Luis Figo, José María Gutiérrez y Víctor Sánchez del Amo, si estos logran avanzar en los torneos pactados en España.
Las competencias serán cubiertas por medios españoles con una gran audiencia, lo que garantizará que más personas puedan conocer los atractivos turísticos de Panamá y las regiones donde se puede jugar al golf, aseguró el presidente del torneo de Golf Ilusion Cup, Juan José Villanueva.
Los circuitos, incluido la final, también se transmitirán en el programa “Golfing World”, con audiencia reconocida a nivel mundial; además, 146 países difundirán en sus medios los torneos, “estamos hablando de más de 400 millones de personas”, resaltó.
Villanueva destacó que se ofrecerá una amplia cobertura por parte de medios prestigiosos especializados en deporte en cada uno de los torneos del circuito en España y al momento de realizar el torneo final en Panamá.
«Promocionaremos Panamá como destino para competencias de golf, mostraremos panorámicas de la exuberante ciudad capital, naturaleza, sitios históricos, las plazas hoteleras, el Canal, las islas de San Blas y Bocas del Toro», señaló Enrique Sánchez, director de Mercadeo de la Autoridad de Turismo de Panamá (ATP), principal patrocinador de este evento deportivo.
Según el funcionario, cada vez que se realice un circuito o competencia de golf los principales atractivos turísticos de Panamá estarán a la vista de millones de personas a través de los medios de comunicación social especializados en esta disciplina deportiva.
Además, el nombre Panamá se incluirá en el logo oficial del evento en todo el circuito, igualmente el de la ATP ( mariposa) en la propaganda impresa y en el sitio web oficial de “Ilusion Cup Panamá 2018”.
Este año el evento deportivo se convertirá en el primer circuito de golf “cardioprotegido” de España, con ciclos informativos sobre cómo ayudar a una persona con padecimiento de ataque cardíaco.
